Corporate governance at Study Group

Strong governance enables student success, ethical leadership and global impact.

Meet our leadership

Our approach to governance

Our organisational structure and governance are designed to build trust with our partners and create the best environment for our students to succeed. We have carefully selected our board and committee members who design and oversee rigorous processes to achieve both efficiency and performance. Through these commitments, we work to ensure that both our student support and teaching are world class.

Integrity and accountability

We are compliant with all regulatory bodies internationally including
OfS, UKVI, KCSIE, HESA, QAA, CMA and QQI.

Educational quality

As the first private provider voluntarily registered with the UK’s Office for Students, our curriculum is peer reviewed and updated yearly.

Student-centred decision-making

We embed student support and experience is all we do. Students benefit from 24/7 assistance the moment they choose to study with us.

Key bodies and committees

Student voice in governance

Providing a supportive environment where students can feel at home and flourish is at the heart of what we do. We regularly seek their perspective in all matters that may impact their experience with us. We invite elected student representatives to committee deliberations to provide feedback and make sure students’ voices are heard. Over the years, we have refined our approach, culminating in the creation of the Student Advisory Board, a central body that elevates their point of view at the highest level of academic governance.

Being a Student Rep and joining the Council is a chance to make sure students have a real voice in how the organisation is run. It’s not just about raising concerns, but also contributing to decisions that shape the student experience. I’m looking forward to learning how things work behind the scenes, asking questions, and bringing honest feedback from students into the conversation. It’s a big responsibility, but it’s also an opportunity to make things better for everyone. I’m proud to be part of that process and to share my perspective in a meaningful way.
